Woodside Homes has acquired up to 1,007 single-family detached lots and 334 multi-family units within Phase II of the Roripaugh Ranch Specific Plan located in Temecula, Calif., according to Land Advisors Organization and the Hoffman Company, which jointly represented the Seller, Sabal Financial Group, Inc.
The lots purchased by Woodside Homes are a part of the Roripaugh Ranch master-planned community, which is approved for the development of single-family detached lots with a lot segmentation from 3,000 square feet to half-acre lots, multi-family units, a sports park, private recreation centers, an extensive trail system and potential school sites. The development will include market rate and age qualified homes within one of the highest rated school districts in the Inland Empire.

Roripaugh Ranch is located within the highly supply constrained City of Temecula, at the southeast corner of Murrieta Hot Springs Road and Butterfield Stage Road, adjacent to the Temecula wine country.
