The age-qualifed community of Victory is nestled in the foothills of the White Tank Mountains. Its resort-style Victory Club boasts valley views, private pools, a hillside vineyard, and a bar and restaurant. A key innovation of the Victory Club is that it is a private/public facility: The Vic Bar + Kitchen and The Spa at The Victory Club are public facilities within the private club.

The 3,500-home, 55-plus neighborhood also features hiking trails, an olive grove, a golf course, spa, Pilates and art classes.

Homes in Victory are built in a variety of architectural styles and multigenerational floor plans are included. Garages are side- or rear-loaded; sidewalks are set back from curbs along tree-lined streets.
