Pulte Homes has unveiled its new Atlanta-area neighborhood, Parkside at Mason Mill.
Sales at the Decatur, Ga., community will start this month and include 341 single-family homes, townhomes, and condos on 32 acres. The first homes will be ready for move-in this fall. In addition to abundant public recreation options, residents will enjoy a large community pool and clubhouse with an internet café and spaces for socializing.
