Pulte Homes acquired a 284-single-family community from Christ Fellowship Church in Martin County, Florida, called Highpointe. Pulte says it will donate 20 of the 321 acres of land to Operation 300, a local nonprofit that supports the families of fallen military personnel.
The gated community of Highpointe will feature consumer-inspired homes with open-concept floor plans, flexible living spaces, gourmet kitchens, and large outdoor living spaces, according to Pulte. Home sizes will range between 1,850 and 3,820 square feet, with prices starting from the $500,000s.
Highpointe is located 10 miles from downtown Stuart and a 15-minute drive from Jupiter. Owners in the community will have access to a state-of-the-art clubhouse, a fitness center, a resort-style pool, and sports courts.
“We are very excited about our newest project in Martin County,” says Brent Baker, president of PulteGroup’s Southeast region. “Not only are we addressing a housing shortage in the area, but we also have the privilege of helping children who lost a parent serving our country in the name of freedom.”
PulteGroup is currently building luxury townhomes in its Ocean Cove community, and its DiVosta brand is actively selling in the Bridewater community, both also in Martin County. PulteGroup builds under the Pulte Homes, DiVosta, and Del Webb brands in Southeast Florida.
