PulteGroup announced three model homes are open and sales are underway at The Preserve at Bannon Lakes in St. Johns County, Florida. The new-construction community is offering single-family homes from the $300,000s within the Bannon Lakes master-planned community.
“After hosting an extremely successful VIP sales event that resulted in 20 sales, we are pleased to officially open The Preserve at Bannon Lakes,” says Tony Nason, division president of PulteGroup’s northeast Florida division. “Our newest community in St. Johns County is ideal for families of all ages with completed amenities and thoughtfully designed single-family homes on preserve and water view home sites.”
The Preserve offers 40-, 50-, and 60-foot homesites and 16 single-family floor plans, running from 1,720 square feet to more than 4,100 square feet. The range of home designs in the community include three to six bedrooms and two to six bathrooms, with “sophisticated upgrades and spacious modern living,” according to the company.
Bannon Lakes is bordered by 20,000 acres of preserve land and is only half a mile from I-95. The community offers a variety of amenities, including a resort-style pool, a clubhouse, a fitness center, and sports courts. The natural gas community is within the A-rated St. Johns County Public School District.
