Things are moving quickly for Taylor Morrison at its new master-planned community in Harrisburg, N.C., Holcomb Woods.
The public builder based in Scottsdale, Ariz. has completed construction on two model homes and has launched sales at the community where it’s offering 114 home sites.
Home buyers will be able to choose from several floor plans at Holcomb Woods, including two-story and ranch homes. The new three- to six-bedroom homes will range in size from 2,925 to more than 4,288 square feet and will start in the mid $300s.
Taylor Morrison’s sales center at the community is located in the Essex II model, a two-story, four-bedroom home with a full front porch and a screened rear porch off the breakfast nook. Buyers can also tour the Pikewood model, a ranch plan featuring an open-concept gourmet kitchen and family room optimized for entertaining.
The homes will range in size from 2,925 to more than 4,288 square feet.
Amenities at Holcomb Woods will include a centrally located community pool and cabana. Residents will also have access to two soccer fields maintained by the town of Harrisburg.
According to a Taylor Morrison spokesman, the first home at Holcomb Woods will be delivered in June or July.
Holcomb Woods will be Taylor Morrison’s second community in Harrisburg. The builder sold its final home sites and closed out its Blume community in Harrisburg last year.
Taylor Morrison has 13 communities in the Charlotte region, including two currently in development.
