Shea Homes Announces Grand Opening of Three Arizona Communities

Pre-sales at Aperture, Emblem, and Origin, at Gateway Quarter will begin later this month.

Shea Homes will hold grand opening events for three communities, including Aperture at Gateway Quarter, on April 14.

Shea Homes is nearing the grand opening of its three newest Arizona communities. Pre-sales at Aperture, Emblem, and Origin, at Gateway Quarter – the master planned community in Scottsdale – will start later this month and the grand opening for each community is slated for April 14.

The builder will deliver 319 in Gateway Quarter: 116 in Aperture; 77 in Origin; and 126 in Emblem.

All three Shea Homes Gateway Quarter communities will feature single-story open floor plans featuring 3-to-5 bedrooms and 2.5-to 4.5-bathrooms. Floor plans range from under 2,000 square feet to over 3,000 square feet. All Shea homes in these Gateway Quarter communities come with either a two-car or three-car garage and include many of the newest trends, like spa inspired bathrooms, and floorplans, backyards, and swimming pools designed to showcase the ultimate in Arizona indoor-outdoor living.

The homes in Shea’s new Gateway Quarter communities give residents easy access to big city amenities with a small-town feel. The dining and shopping options of Queen Creek Marketplace and San Tan Village are just a quick jaunt away, while outdoor enthusiasts will have their pick of great activities, from hiking in the Superstition and San Tan Mountains to golfing at several of the scenic 18-hole courses Queen Creek has to offer.

Within the community, residents can enjoy green-belted parks with shaded ramadas and plenty for the young ones, including half basketball court, play structure, game tables, log steppers, log scramble (balance beam), timber steps, ramada, benches, picnic tables, bike racks, and more.

Those who sign up for the Gateway Quarter interest list at will be invited to a pre-sales event on March 24.
