Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Taylor Morrison will host a grand opening event on April 28 at Shadow Rock in Tempe, Ariz. The community will feature just 18 homesites for single-family-detached homes that will be priced from the mid- $300s.
Shadow Rock offers four floor plans from Taylor Morrison’s Venture Collection that range in size from 1,630 to 2,368square feet, with as many as four bedrooms and three baths. Each home includes a two-car garage.
Homes at Shadow Rock include features like porches and patios, master bedroom suites with walk-in closets, spacious living spaces, and lofts. Options include gourmet kitchens, super showers, multi-sliding glass doors, and extra bedrooms.
“Shadow Rock offers home buyers the unique chance to own a new home in Tempe,” said Bob Thompson, area sales manager of the Taylor Morrison Phoenix division. “These homes will offer residents access to one of Arizona’s most exciting cities and quick commute times to anywhere in the valley.”
Shadow Rock is also approximately three miles away from Arizona State University’s Tempe Campus, offering convenient access for students. The grand opening will take place on Saturday, April 28, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
