National stone veneer manufacturer and installer Environmental StoneWorks has acquired VanWell Masonry, a Snohomish, Washington-based masonry installation company active in the Puget Sound region.

This acquisition allows Environmental StoneWorks to expand both its installation capacity and its Northwest regional infrastructure. “VanWell Masonry has a well-earned, stellar reputation for covering the Puget Sound region with a broad range of masonry installation and services,” says Charles Stein, president and CEO of Environmental StoneWorks. “Expanding the Environmental StoneWorks footprint into the Northwest solidifies our position as the only national turnkey manufacturer and installer of stone and brick veneer.”

VanWell’s commercial presence also allows Environmental StoneWorks to build on its already strong residential position. VanWell, which specializes in multi-use and multifamily masonry, will continue to service Western Washington and Oregon as a combined entity with Environmental Stoneworks.

“Our extensive masonry offering, combined with the deep knowledge of our personnel, gives us the expertise to see all customer projects through to a successful completion,” says Mark VanWell, president of VanWell Masonry. “The Environmental StoneWorks ‘one-stop shop’ belief system is a perfect match for us: as part of their national brand, we will continue to expand our services, reach, and customer commitment across the Pacific Northwest. We are excited for the future with Environmental StoneWorks!”
