Swaps CAA debt for Lennar debt as merger nears.

Lennar Corp., Miami (NYSE:LEN) on Friday announced that the requisite number of holders of soon-to-be merged CalAtlantic notes had tendered those notes for new ones issued by Lennar as follows:
