Project Description
The 31-acre Bristol community offered home buyers multiple distinct product options ranging in size and appealing to a variety of groups from first-time to move-up and move-down home buyers. Bristol’s Courts and Manors neighborhoods consist of 107 two-story, single-family detached homes while the Towns neighborhood includes 42 attached three-story townhomes. The Manors neighborhood features an enclave of 12 oversized lots named the Signature Series where home buyers selected their own homesite, elevation and floor plan, and covered patios and gourmet kitchens were included.
