Project Description
A collection of 16 warehouse structures situated on the waterfront, Industry City is Brooklyn’s first industrial, shipping, and distribution center. The property has been designed to include a food hall, retail space, and office space. Other amenities include a cultivated courtyard space, a parking lot, and a fitness center. The first phase of construction is complete, while the second phase is currently underway.
