Project Description
The staircase line, visible through the glass wall of the entrance hall, is extended outside the facade and folded into the shapes that eventually become the outline of the building. The hall is a meeting point for 4 wings of the house. The Garage and the gym are located on the left side of the first floor, accompanied by the indoor pool, stretched alongside the entire floor length. The two opposite first floor wings are occupied by the kitchen and the office and for the latest to be receiving natural daylight, it has a wall length window, facing the kitchen. The tree, growing in the negative outdoor space between these two areas, is hindering the eye which may travel from the office window to the kitchen one.
All four wings of the 2nd floor are intended for 4 bedrooms, but only the master bedroom has a terrace.
Cars and pedestrians have separate lanes leading to the house, each one located on opposite sides of the front yard pool.
