Fedrizzi has set a market standard for sustainability achievement. USGBC’s LEED certifies almost 2 million square feet of building space per day in over 150 countries. In November, Fedrizzi will become CEO of the International WELL Building Institute.

Fedrizzi’s experience is expected to help grow and expand the WELL Building Standard, a performance-based system to measure building features and health impacts.
