Improving architects’stature and importance.

A longtime advocate for the architecture profession, Ivy is focused on updating and improving the role of the AIA in light of the social, political, and environmental issues that currently surround the built environment.

In partnership with the Clinton Global Initiative, Ivy committed the AIA to a decadelong effort to make design a catalyst for improving public health. Ivy is also responsible for sparking a national dialogue about the broader role of architecture.
