Asbestos Villain?
Edward Carroll, a 71-year-old Vermont man, has been charged in New Haven, Conn., with environmental crimes involving asbestos. If he is convicted of the six counts against him, which include failure to properly dispose of the asbestos, he faces five years in prison on each count and up to a $250,000 fine.
