Looking for land? Six thousand pairs of eyes are better than a dozen. At least, that’s the thinking at Horsham, Pa.–based Toll Brothers. Among its employee perks, the big builder offers a bonus incentive for lay staff who scout out prime properties that are later acquired and developed. In 2005, at least 40 bonuses were paid out to 35 employees.
