Infill lots are tricky. This modern narrow-lot plan from Visbeen Architects takes on the challenge with aplomb. The plan itself isn’t new, but we recently got in a new set of build photos, and they’re worth a good browse.

On both front and back, large windows create a “wow” moment and funnel light inside – an important consideration for a narrow plan. The back encourages outdoor living on a large deck.

Just because you’ve got a narrow lot doesn’t mean you can’t have a huge kitchen. This one showcases a spacious island and flows into the family room.

Here’s another highlight: the main suite’s spa-like bathroom. Contributing to the upscale vibe are the double vanities with a makeup counter in the center, in addition to a standalone tub under the window.
Here’s the floor plan for the first level, which measures just 26 feet wide. Plenty of windows let light into every room. In particular, the kitchen showcases sliding doors that open to a side outdoor living zone.
Upstairs, the floor plan devotes plenty of space to the luxurious main suite. Note the flexible sitting room/loft area.
