Hanover Family Builders, a Landsea Homes Corp. company, announced it has closed on 102 completed homesites and sales have begun at the Hammock Reserve community in Haines City, Florida.

“Haines City presents a great opportunity for Landsea Homes to expand our footprint in this rapidly growing region of Polk County,” says Matt Orosz, division president of Hanover Family Builders. “Hammock Reserve offers a unique and timely opportunity for first-time home buyers to live in a thoughtfully designed community with exceptional quality homes at attainable price points.”

Homes at the Hammock Reserve community will range from 1,517 square feet to 2,737 square feet and feature single- and two-story homes with three to four bedrooms and two to two-and-a-half bathrooms. The community will feature amenities such as a resort-style pool and sundeck, green space, a dog park, and a recreation area. Prices for new homes in the community will begin at $314,999.

Landsea Homes acquired Orlando-based Hanover Family Builders in January. The company recently closed on the land purchase of 200 homesites in Palm Bay, Florida, and began selling homes at two Palm Bay new-home communities as well as a new-home community in Davenport, Florida. The Newport Beach, California-based home builder has developed homes and communities in Arizona, California, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Texas.
