The firm recently broke ground on a new resort-style amenity center at the Boca Royale Golf & Country Club, a semi-private club in the 1,000-acre gated community.

The new facility, which mimics the architectural style of the homes throughout the community, gives off a Bermuda-style vibe. Dubbed the Resort, the amenity center will include a 2,283-square-foot clubhouse with restroom facilities, clubroom and café, which will feature a full-service kitchen with a freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, pantry, oven and sink for its residents to use. A luxurious spa and 3,302-square-foot pool area will offer a lounge area with chairs and tables and a shaded tiki hut.

“I am confident that the soon-to-be opened Resort at the Boca Royale Golf & Country Club will not only be a terrific place to swim, take laps and relax but will also quickly become another socialization focal point in our rapidly growing community,” says Mark Sochar, vice president of special projects for Neal Communities.

Other community amenities include fine and casual dining and a state-of-the-art fitness facility, including bocce ball, croquet, tennis and an 18-hole golf course.
