The Ranch House is the recreational center of the master-planned Cannery community, which includes for-sale and for-rent homes. Planned as the centerpiece of the 547-unit development, the 3,200-square-foot Ranch House recreation center was designed to reflect the area’s agrarian past. The white board-and-batten trim, stonework, barn door details, and a welcoming breezeway recall the region’s farms and ranches.

Accessible to the 547 homes via walking and bike trails, the complex incorporates activities for all, with a large pool and spa with separate areas for sunbathing and a shade structure, fireplace, barbecues, lawn and patio, and separate exercise room.
