Lake Club at Centerra
McWhinney Developers
Loveland, Colo.

The Lake Club is the social and recreational heart of the Lakes at Centerra, a 255-acre residential community oriented to outdoor enthusiasts. The 1,753-square-foot community building serves as a meeting and party space. Expansive windows enhance the indoor/outdoor experience and provide vistas of the lakes. A small kitchen for events and cooking demonstrations is the centerpiece of the interior, while a two-sided fireplace anchors the opposite end of the room.

The 1,146-square-foot Pool Pavilion provides shade, restrooms, and a place to stow gear. The pool is reminiscent of a “swimming hole” and includes both lap swimming and water features oriented to young children. A lakeside park with playground and picnic shelter serves as a popular spot for neighborhood children.
