The Servopac LT can produce architectural, hardscape and standard concrete products in a range of sizes, shapes, colors and textures, from 1 – 12˝ tall. The ability to quickly change molds makes producing a wide variety of units cost-effective.
The adjustable clam gate on the hopper meters a steady consistent flow of material to the feedbox. The variable speed hydraulic rotary agitator allows for fast material feeding even with sticky materials. A multiple stroke variable speed feedbox and variable speed rotary agitator reduce cycle times, and the programmable cut-off bar can rise to any position during the cycle while traveling forward and backward for even distribution of material.
