Overhead Door Brand has introduced a double-reinforced, C-Channel garage door rail designed to lift the tallest and heaviest residential garage doors.
The Overhead Door Heavy Duty rail can support over 500 pounds, and works with any existing Overhead Door openers. It is compatible with any screw, belt, or chain drive models, and serves to reinforce the motor rails and operating system.
“While the Heavy Duty Rail weighs approximately twice as much as a standard rail of the same length and drive type, it can be installed by a single technician with ease. The Heavy Duty Rail is available pre-assembled in one or two pieces, depending on the job size, with assembly of the powerhead to the rail possible with four screws.
