In order to provide an easier door selection process for homeowners, Pella has revamped its entry door collection and design selection process, combining its most popular fiberglass and steel front door styles into a single Pella Entry Doors portfolio.

The new, simplified collection was developed in response to ongoing trends and feedback from Pella customers. “For homeowners, less is more. They don’t want more choices for the sake of having more choices. They want a simple and relevant selection of front doors that will stand the test of time,” says Nicole Willits, product marketing specialist at Pella Corp. “With the streamlined offering featuring 25 panel styles and nine decorative glass options, Pella has done just that.”

On top of the aforementioned panel and decorative glass options Pella Entry Doors design process allows potential buyers to choose from 25 neutral or bold paint colors and eight pre-finished stains. The color palette was chosen in collaboration with Sherwin-Williams Design House to coordinate with a home’s exterior finishes.

The door’s composite panel-and-frame system will not absorb moisture or rot, according to the manufacturer, and are designed to prevent air and temperature leaks within the house. A factory-installed, hidden security sensor also allows homeowners to monitor whether their doors are open, closed, or locked via smartphone app. pella.com
