In response to a demand for high-quality flush wood doors in the high-end custom residential market, TruStile Doors has expanded its new Tru&Modern flush door collection to include horizontal grain wood doors.

“Over the past 18 months, TruStile has been hard at work taking a whole new approach to building a flush wood door exclusively for the custom residential market. Today we’re proud to bring that product to you,” says Scott Schmid, president and CEO of TruStile Doors.

The TMF1000 product is made to order, as are all TruStile products. The door features a highly-engineered LSL core that is banded on all sides with 5/8-inch hardwood lumber, and 1/16-inch veneers hand-selected to optimize the character of the natural wood, according to the manufacturer. The doors are available in sizes up to four feet wide and ten feet tall, with fire ratings ranging from 20 to 90 minutes.

The TMF1000 is also available in paint-grade, which is made from super-refined MDF and comes standard with TruStile’s Wedge Edge hardwood edge system. trustile.com
