David Weeks’ Bramah Lighting Collection for Ralph Pucci

A new collection of chandeliers and pendants make a design element out of dynamic function

Designer David Weeks worked with pivots and counterweights to create a dynamic collection of pendants and chandeliers that is highlighted by the use of laser-cut aluminum to create subtly curving shades. In the Bramah Collection for Ralph Pucci, Weeks places lights at the ends of 95-inch tiers that see-saw up and down from a chrome-plate hub and use each others’ weight to self-level. The collection includes the Bramah Chandelier, which features three pivoting tiers, and the Bramah Single Tier, which uses one tier. David Week’s, 715.596.7945; www.davidweeksstudio.com.
