CertainTeed is now offering its Restoration Millwork cellular PVC trim with a new WP4 Nickel Gap trim profile. The reversible, pre-cut panels feature a WP4 groove on one side and a quarter-inch nickel gap on the other side, which provide two trim design options on one board.
The panels include CertainTeed’s TightLap design, which allows for a larger nailing area for easier installation and a seamless finish. They are ultra-durable, low-maintenance, UV-resistant, and carry a Class A frame spread classification. The cellular PVC is rot, warp, moisture and insect-resistant, but may be cut, milled, and shaped like wood.
“WP4 and nickel gap boards are well known for their appealing styles, so we put them together to create a product that adds a fresh flexibility and long-lasting beauty to any project,” Doug Mucher, senior marketing manager for CertainTeed Outdoor Living and Trim, said in a statement. “Fine millwork has always been a tool for expressing creativity, attention to detail and a commitment to quality. With Restoration Millwork, it’s even easier to create those distinctive finishing touches for a custom look.”
The panels are manufactured in natural white, and may be painted to match the home’s exterior. certainteed.com
