Derby Building Products’ new Signature Stain Shake, created by Tando, integrates real semi-transparent wood stain into Tando’s Rustic Cedar 6 Shake siding. This proprietary integration process emulates the look of actual stained wood shake siding on a composite that is lightweight, durable, wind-resistant, and far easier to maintain than real wood.

“Signature Stain created by Tando is the perfect answer to the market demand for mixed material exteriors,” says Ralph Bruno, CEO of Derby Building Products. “It is impervious to moisture, so it’s ideal for gables and dormers right up to the roof line.”

The Signature Stain Shake is available in three stain colors: Fawn, Bark, and Acorn. The shakes are available in eight-foot lengths, and are designed for easy, one-person installation with mainstream tools. The series includes a 50-year Performance Plus Warranty. tandobp.com
