Florida Builder Makes Home Automation Standard

LifeStyle Homes offers the TiO system in its Viera development.

A Florida builder has announced that all homes in its new community will come standard with a home automation package.

LifeStyle Homes will include the TiO system in its homes in Seville at Addison Village in Viera, Fla. The system includes control of security, lighting, thermostat and cameras with the capability to expand as the homeowner desires.

Working with local installer Indian River Light and Sound, LifeStyle Homes is also offering TiO in 14 other communities. A LifeStyle Home model featuring TiO is now available for viewing at Seville in Viera Homes community.

“We understand that many of our customers are looking for move-in ready home automation solutions in their new homes, which is why we have partnered with TiO and Indian River Sight and Sound,” says Tom Mueller for LifeStyle Homes. “TiO provides users with a flexible home automation solution that is compatible with many other devices on the market and we truly believe our home buyers will love what they have to offer.”

The TiO system comes with an easy-to-use interface that provides customizable control of all aspects of a home, according to a press release.
