Lighting the way to Saving Energy
Progress Lighting introduced new LED lighting collections this year; Beyond, Helm, and Transit. All three are Energy Star-rated, meaning they use at least 75% less energy than incandescent lighting, require less maintenance, and produce less heat. Transit (far left) and Helm (far right) are available in three sizes and in brushed nickel or antique bronze finishes, and can be wall- or ceiling-mounted. Beyond (center) comes in round or square modern designs with options for textured glass, metal overlays,
or geometric acrylic diffusers. progresslighting.com
Earth-friendly Foam
ThermalStar X-Grade Foam is a below-grade rigid insulation that’s not only termite and mold resistant, but also recyclable. Made with EPS, an R-5, R-10, and R-15, X-Grade is developed specifically for foundation slab and wall applications. It handles similar to wood sheathing, and is available scored for snapping into 16-inch or 24-inch-wide panels. X-Grade insulation also uses air in the insulating cells, so it doesn’t emit harmful gasses. atlaseps.com
