Hardware Resources Outfits Kitchen Base Cabinets With Soft-Close Mixer/Appliance Lift

The lift allows home owners to easily move large, heavy kitchen appliances up to counter level when needed.

Hardware Resources’ newly-debuted Soft-close Mixer/Appliance Lift allows home owners with large, awkward kitchen appliances such as stand mixers, blenders or food processors to store the appliance out of sight when it is not in use, and to easily raise it to counter level when it is needed. No heavy lifting is required – the home owner only needs to pull forward on the lift’s platform, which will lock in place just below counter level.

The spring-loaded chrome lift system allows the device to lift and support up to 45 pounds in weight – about twice the weight of a stand mixer. Its soft-close dampers ensure quiet operation, and its locking mechanisms will keep it steady while an appliance is in use.

The appliance is compatible with frameless or frame-face base cabinetry. It should be attached to a shelf that is at least ¾ inch thick and no longer than 20 ½ inches. Hardware Resources Product Manager Marisa Sanchez recommends pairing the lift with storage spaces, such as a wire pull-out basket for supplies and accessories. www.HardwareResources.com
