Signature Kitchen Suite is broadening its kitchen portfolio with four new product offerings. The 36- and 48-inch Pro Rangetops and Single- and Double-Wall Ovens with Steam Sous Vide will be available starting this month, with a 36-inch Induction Cooktop and a Microwave Oven Drawer coming later this summer. Each new appliance is Wi-Fi enabled and powered by ThinQ.

The 36- and 48-inch Pro Rangetops offer dual-fuel cooking with built-in sous vide functionality, featuring precise temperature control and a hermetically and magnetically sealed lid. The “Ultra-High” burners provide 18K BTUs of heating output on the 36-inch rangetop and 23K BTUs on the 48-inch rangetop, while the “Ultra-Low” burners simmer down as low as 100 degrees. The rangetop also incorporates a two-zone induction area.
The Single and Double Wall Ovens with Steam Sous Vide offers both convection cooking and a steam sous vide cooking mode, plus a SpeedClean function that quickly cleans lightly soiled ovens using only water. The 36-inch Induction Cooktop features 7,000 watts of power, a 12-inch dual center burner, and two flex cooking zones that can accommodate cookware of different shapes and sizes.
The Microwave Oven Drawer measures 1.2 cubic feet, designed with room to heat large items like casserole dishes and platters. The drawer features glass touch controls and smooth glide movements, and users can open the microwave with a gentle pull or touch of a button. signaturekitchensuite.com
