This may be the industry’s first slide dimmer designed for use with dimmable compact fluorescent bulbs. It detects whether a bulb is an incandescent or a dimmable CFL, determines dimming capabilities, and adjusts the range. As a result, it offers a wide range of control and eliminates flickering.
