A new door kit provides a hands-free solution for helping contractors keep dust contained on the jobsite.

The self-closing ZipWall Magnetic Dust Barrier Door provides a self-closing entryway into the jobsite while keeping dust contained and doesn’t require any zipping or unzipping. It is quick and easy to install with an adjustable header bar that works with all ZipWall spring-loaded poles, says the firm. Specially-designed magnetic strips snap together to attach the magnetic door to the barrier material, forming an airtight seal. The door is reusable, durable, and easily handles high traffic.

The durable nylon fabric panel is flame retardant and features a clear plastic window and measures 7’2” x 4’7”. It can be used with barriers made of plastic sheeting or with ZipFast reusable barrier panels.

“Our customers have been asking us for a self-closing door for some time,” says Jeff Whittemore, CEO of ZipWall. “It’s a major time-saver for contractors. The self-closing ZipWall Magnetic Door is designed to meet that need. It is airtight, easy to install and adjust, and is built to last.”

The kit includes a door panel, header bar with clips, magnetic strips, and a carry bag.
