PCBC—the largest annual home building trade show in the western United States sponsored by the California Building Industry Association and Leading Builders of America—has opened registration for its 2017 event, returning to the San Diego Convention Center June 27-29.
PCBC will unveil its all-new Re-Think Conference, which will tackle residential design, marketing and organizational leadership through innovative solutions from both inside and outside the home building industry. The first day will focus on big picture trends in the economy, demographics, technology and consumer desires while the second day will apply lessons learned and drill down with topical breakout sessions.
Other forums will include:
• Land & Capital provides expert analysis on acquisition, development, research, investment and entitlement from a wide variety of top lenders, equity providers, brokers, builders and developers.
• Multifamily is devoted entirely to the trends and issues affecting and transforming multifamily for-rent and for-sale housing. Top leaders in that space will examine, predict and debate the road ahead.
