The Home Depot named the winners of its annual Innovation Awards, which recognize products that have “transformed the home improvement landscape.”

The overall winner for 2024 is the Starlink Standard Kit, which Home Depot says revolutionizes home connectivity by providing customers with high-speed, low-latency internet access in remote locations.

Home Depot awarded the Milwaukee FORGE batteries and super charger as first runner up. The home-improvement retailer says the batteries and super charger save time on the jobsite by combining power, rapid charging, and long battery life. The resulting impact of the technology cuts down on batteries needed, saving both time and money.

Wago levellock connectors were named the second runner up for 2024. The connectors streamline the wire installation process by creating a wire seal that can be installed with one hand. Home Depot says the lever nuts keep installers safe on the job while helping improve efficiency.

“Our customers know they can expect The Home Depot to offer quality and cutting-edge products that help them get their jobs done,” Billy Bastek, executive vice president of merchandising at The Home Depot, says. “We are proud of the innovation and partnership that our suppliers bring to the home improvement industry, and the value we’re able to offer our DIY and pro customers.”
