Drill Doctor’s Drill Doctor 750X is designed to sharpen dull drill bits ranging in size from 3/32” to 3/4″.

The 750X is suitable for sharpening carbide, colbalt, high-speed steel, black oxide, tin-coated, twist and masonry bits. The sharpener features custom point angle sharpening, which can be set anywhere between 115 and 140 degrees, and an adjustable material take-off feature, which allows users to extend the life of their drill bits by changing the amount of material removed during the sharpening process.

The model’s longer chuck jaws hold bits more precisely, and its jaw guides eliminate jaw twisting. It is able to create and sharpen split point bits, and its “push to stop” drill point splitting port is designed to prevent over-splitting.

The Drill Doctor 750X kit includes the drill bit sharpener, a pre-installed 180 grit diamond sharpening wheel, a 3/4” chuck, a wheel hub wrench for changing or replacing diamond sharpening wheels, a user guide, and a hard-shell carrying case. An optional left-hand chuck for reverse twist bits and a 100 grit diamond wheel are available separately. The kit retails at $139.95 on the Drill Doctor website, and is also available at hardware retailers. drilldoctor.com
