The Charleston Home Builders Association (CHBA) named Summers Corner — a new community inspired by a fresh interpretation of Lowcountry life — Best New Community in Charleston.

Participating builders include Sabal Homes, Dan Ryan Builders, FrontDoor Communities and Saussy Burbank.
