Before designing the Harlow Hall community clubhouse, the Builders Design team performed extensive research to understand the vision of the community and the aspirations of future residents. They hit on the idea of a new interpretation of the area’s past.

To that end, the clubhouse incorporates lounge areas, a community table for meetings or working from home, a coffee bar, rocking chairs on the front porch, and an activity screen featuring local happenings and community news. Influenced by historic Charleston, S.C., the juxtaposition of natural woods, exposed brick, and vintage leather paired with sleek metal accents and crisp white accessories fit the modern-farmhouse design style.

The gated Harlow community outside of Atlanta also includes two pools, dogparks, bocce ball courts, a lawn for movie-nights and food trucks, two lighted tenniscourts, and walking trails.
